Simply Print – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases, orders, and interactions with Simply Print (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Business Overview

Simply Print operates in South Africa, offering:

Sublimation printing on clothing, mugs, caps, plates, and other customizable items

Printing using customer-provided designs or Simply Print original designs

3D-printed products, including wall art, phone stands, décor items, and more

2. Orders & Artwork Submission

2.1 Customer Artwork
Customers may upload their own images, logos, or designs. By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the content OR

You have full permission to use it
You accept full responsibility for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property issues arising from the artwork.


2.2 Design Quality
We print artwork exactly as provided by the customer. We are not responsible for:

Low-resolution images

Design errors supplied by the customer

Colour variations due to screen vs print differences


2.3 Custom Orders
Custom-made items enter production immediately after payment. Changes requested after production begins may not be possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without prior notice.
3.2 Full payment is required before production begins.
3.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasonable cause (incorrect pricing, misuse of service, unlawful content, etc.).

4. Turnaround & Delivery

4.1 Production times vary depending on item type, quantity, and complexity.
4.2 Delivery times depend on the courier service and customer location.
4.3 Simply Print is not liable for courier delays once the item is dispatched, but we will assist with tracking where possible.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Window
Customers may request returns within 6 months of receiving the item, subject to the conditions below.

5.2 Custom Items
Because custom-printed products are made specifically for you, returns are only accepted if:

The product is defective

The wrong item was delivered

The print quality does not match the approved design


5.3 Refunds
Refunds may be offered after inspection. We may offer:

Full refund

Partial refund

Reprint of the item
depending on the situation.


5.4 Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

Items printed using low-quality images supplied by the customer

Products altered by the customer after delivery

6. 3D Printing Disclaimer

3D-printed items may have:

Layer lines

Slight texture variation

Minor imperfections inherent to additive manufacturing


These are normal and not considered defects.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All Simply Print original designs remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without permission.
7.2 Customer designs remain the property of the customer. We will not use or resell customer artwork without consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Simply Print is not responsible for:

Losses caused by incorrect customer artwork

Misuse of items after delivery

Delays caused by third-party couriers

Colour differences between digital screens and printed products


Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only for:

Processing orders

Communication about your purchase

Delivery arrangements
