At Simply Print, we aim to make delivery simple, affordable, and reliable. Below is everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

1. Delivery Options

1.1 Courier Delivery (Flat Rate under 2 kg)

We offer a flat-rate courier fee for all smaller items under 2 kg, including mugs, caps, small décor items, and most accessories.

Your parcel will be delivered using:

Pudo Lockers (for convenient self-collection)


The courier option used may depend on your location and the type of item ordered.

2. Pudo Locker Delivery

If you choose Pudo:

Your order will be delivered to the locker location you select during checkout.

You will receive an SMS and/or email with a PIN code to open the locker.

Parcels must be collected within the period specified by Pudo.

3. Door-to-Door Delivery (Courier Guy)

Delivery is made to the address you provide at checkout.

Someone must be available to receive and sign for the parcel.

Tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.

4. Collection

You are welcome to collect your order directly from us.

Collection details and address will be shared upon request or checkout.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready for pickup before arriving.

5. Dispatch Time

Once your payment is confirmed and your item is produced:

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days, depending on the product and production queue.

Custom items may require extra time.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Courier Guy: 1–4 working days (depending on location)

Pudo Lockers: 1–3 working days


These timeframes are estimates provided by the courier services. Delays may occur due to high volume, weather, or other external factors.

8. Incorrect Delivery Information
